ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
RCX importer provides the Services (defined below) to you subject to the following Terms of Service ('TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of TOS at any time at our site. By accessing and using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Personal Data and certain other information about you are subject to our applicable privacy policy.
We does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of RCX importer's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
PAYMENT:
Please make sure that the item is the one you are looking for. Please check once you received before you open the inside package. REFUND or REPLACEMENT WILLNOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU HAVE OPEN THE INSIDE PACKAGE.
We accepted Paypal as payment method. Plase make your payment within 5 days after placing order. Some product may available for wholesale. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS:
If you would like to refund or exchange the product for any reason, please bring into out attention ASAP and we are willing to refund within 14days upon receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
All returns must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment.
Postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for return items.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling, insurance cost related to returning the item. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject any returns if the proper guidelines are not followed.
SHIPPING:
We Provide Worldwide Shipping. We can ship to anywhere (except ITALY and AFRICA, but not include South Africa) and the shipment and handling is the same. The items (exclude preorder items.) are well packed with bubbled packages and ready to be shipped to your PayPal registered address within 1-2 business days of completed and cleared payment. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before pay.
We always post item out via Hongkong Post register airmail, delivery to your door is 6-14 days on average. We will send an email notification after posted, and you can track the item via Hongkong post for mail tracking using the following link:

All the item sent will be marked as gift and showed the low value. But if any custom charges occurred should be paid by the buyer, we are not responsible for these charges.
